If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Amu Nutrition, you may return the unused portion for a refund. Refunds will be issued to your credit card as soon as your return is processed. Refunds are for products only. Shipping charges will not be refunded. How do I Return & Exchange an item?
The food you eat can be either the safest and most powerful form of medicine or the slowest form of poison. In other words, grains, meat, vegetables and fruit should be used in proper proportions so as to ensure the optimal function of the human body.
- To return or exchange items purchased on Amu Nutrition, please send an email with a request to return your online transaction within 14 days of receipt. We will respond with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Please include the RA number in the package and send it within 30 days to: Amu Nutrition LLC 6234 138th ave NE, #190, Redmond WA 98052
- Refunds will be issued to your credit card as soon as your return is processed. Refunds are for products only, shipping will not be refunded. Credits may take one billing cycle to post to your account.
- For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, please send your return via insured UPS Ground. We cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.

- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You must carefully package the product in the same packaging in which it was sent, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30-day period. After the 30 days has expired, all sales are final and we will not accept any returns.
- Non-defective, unopened items may be returned for a 100% refund. Opened product may be returned for 50% refund.
